THE Zimbabwe Netball Association is set to enter into a lucrative deal with financial institution, Nedbank ahead of the 2023 Netball World Cup.
The deal, which is expected to be sealed this Friday at Stodart Netball Complex, will be the first partnership the association announces this year.
“This signing ceremony with Nedbank marks the beginning of the journey to the epic games as we seek to qualify for round two, all the way to the finals,” said the association in a statement.
The Gems will be participating in the upcoming World Cup set for Cape Town, South Africa, from July 28-August 6.
The 16-team tournament featuring the world’s top teams is due to take place from July 28 to August 6. This will be the first time the competition is held on African soil.
