The Judiciary Service Commission (JSC) of Zimbabwe will mark its 13th anniversary on the 10th June, celebrating over a decade of dedicated service in upholding the rule of law and administering justice.
The milestone wil be commemorated with a series of events including a seeting up of help desks preceded by a 5 kilometer fun walk.
Head of Coporate Services Daniel Nemukuyu said in a statement that celebrations will be held at all courthouses across the country .
“JSC senior managers will participate in the activities,” He said.
It was established in 2010, the JSC has played a pivotal role in ensuring the independence, transparency, and efficiency of the judicial system in Zimbabwe.
The commission is responsible for the appointment, promotion, and discipline of judges, magistrates, and other judicial officers, as well as overseeing the administration of justice and the functioning of the courts.
